*Toll House Famous Fudge*


 

*ingredients


°1 1/2 C granulated sugar

°2/3 c Nestlé Carnation Evaporated Milk

°2 tablespoons butter or ghee

°1/4 teaspoon salt

°2 cups mini marshmallows

°1 1/2 cups (9 ounces) Nestlé Toll House® semisweet chocolate chips

°1/2 c chopped pecans

°1 tsp vanilla

 

*How to make the famous Toll House:


Mixing sugar, milk, butter, & salt in heavy-duty saucepan. Bring mix to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boilling, stir constantly, for 4 to 5 min. Remove from heat and stir in the marshmallows, crumbs, nuts, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until the marshmallows are dissolved. Pour into the prepared baking pan; Put it in the fridge for two hours or until it harden. 

Lift from pan remove foil. Cut into 48 pieces.
