Mexican-Tortilla-

 



*ingredients:


°1 lb. meat

°1/2 c diced onion

°1 package of taco seasoning mix

°2 c cheddar cheese

°1 Beans can be re-fried (easily spread if you heat them in the microwave)

°1 c prepared rice 

°A can of Mexican corn (drained) using only about half a can

°4-5 large flour tortillas

°8 oz thick sauce


* Methods 


Spraying springform, around cake pan or casserole with cook spray

Minced Brown Beef, Onion & Drainer

Adding taco season and cooking according to pack direction

Put 1 tortilla in the bottom of a baking dish and spread a third of the beans on it, cover with a third of the meat and sprinkle with a little cheese.

Second layer of tortillas, 1/2 rice, 1/2 sauce, 1/2 corn and cheese

3rd layer tortilla, 1/3 beans, 1/3 meat, cheese

4 layers of tortillas. Bean, meat, corn, rice, sauce also cheese

Bake, covered with aluminum foil, at 350 for about 40 minutes and bake for 10-15 minutes. Leave it for 5 minutes before slicing. After baking with sour cream, diced onions and shredded lettuce if desired.
