Icebox Cookie Cheesecake

 



*ingredients :


°3 c. Chocolate graham crumbs 

°1/2 c. Sugar

°12 TB melt butter

°2 c. whip cream

°4 pack (8 ox each) cream cheese

°1 1/3 c. Sugar

°1 package (1 lb 2 oz kg) Oreos, each cookie broken in thirds or quarters

Combine the chocolate graham cracker crumbs with ½ cup of sugar and 12 tons of melted butter. Press to 13" x 9" skillet. Cold.

Whip the whip cream until stiff peaks form; cold down.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese to smooth. adding 1 1/3 c. Sugar; Blend well. Adding broken Oreo with whip cream.

The filling is spread evenly in the crust, smoothing the surface and extending to the edges. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
