These deviled eggs were the best I’ve ever had

These bad boys are the best of the best! I have never had deviled eggs like this before. Oh, man, I love the crushed bacon so much! Make sure to add them because they are the highlight of these delicious treats! I adding a little chilli powder would make this recipe even better. Anyway, enjoy!

Ingredients:

12 large Eggs

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoon yellow mustard

6 slices of bacon

1 small onion

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions:

Step 1: Pour water in a pot and place it on the stove.

Step 2: Turn the heat to high and allow it to boil.

Step 3: Add in the eggs and cook until done.

Step 4: Drain and allow it to cool. Peel them when they are ready to be handled.

Step 5: Cut the eggs lengthwise. Remove the egg yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

Step 6: Place the egg whites in a serving bowl and set it aside.

Step 7: Using a fork, mash the egg yolks.

Step 8: Peel the onions and mince into very tiny cuts.

Step 9: Place a skillet on the stove and fry the bacon until crispy and greasy.

Step 10: Discard the excess grease and crush the crispy bacon.

Step 11: Add the minced onions into the egg yolks as well as the crushed bacon. Stir until well combined.

Step 12: Combine the wet and dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Stir until well mixed. Season with more salt if needed.

Step 13: Spoon the mixture over the egg whites.

Step 14: Place them inside the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes.

Step 15: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

You can also place the egg mixture in a resealable bag, cut the tip, and fill each egg white with it.
