* Ingredients :
°1/4 white cabbage
°carrot 1
°Mayonnaise 3 tablespoons
°Milk 3 tablespoons
°2 tablespoons vinegar
°2 tablespoons sugar
°salt 1 pinch
* Preparation :

Using a sharp knife, cut the cabbage into very thin strips, starting at the tip (the easiest).

Then peel and grate the carrots with a grater with a large hole to get pieces of the same thickness as the cabbage.
