Coconut Cake recipe

 



For year-end festivities, here is a gentle, delicate and at the same time succulent entry. Shrimp flavored with lemon and coriander is mixed with mango, a fruit I especially appreciate that you can substitute for papaya or avocado, but I find that it also lends color to these vines. 


* Ingredients :


°1 lemon cut in half

°16 - 20 peeled shrimp

°Mango, peel & cut to small cube

°Juice of 1 orange (60 ml).

°2 tablespoons olive oil

°2 teaspoons fresh coriander

°Few cherry tomatoes cut in half

°2 tablespoons lemon

°½ red onion

°Salt and Pepper


* Instructions :


In a saucepan, cook shrimp (if raw and frozen) in boiling salted water for 1 to 3 minutes or until opaque, stirring occasionally.

Shrimp class. Rinsing it in colander un-der cold water.

 

Put the shrimp in a large bowl. Spray olive oil.

Pour in orange juice and lemon juice.

Add cherry tomatoes, onions and mangoes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Boil it and put it in the fridge for 6 hours.
