BUTTER-PECAN-FUDGE

 



*Ingrediient:


+To prepare this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:


°1/2 cup (125 ml) butter

°½ cup (125 ml) sugar

°1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar

°1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream

°a pinch of salt

°1 tsp vanilla extract

°2 C powdered sugar

°1 C pecans

 

* Methods :


 Roasted pecans in oven at 175°C for 5 min.

Grease a Pyrex 8 x 8 dish well and set aside.

Combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, cream, and salt in a medium saucepan.

Heat it over a medium heat until the mixture begins to form bubbles.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and walnuts.

Pour into a pyrex dish. To cut.
