*Ingredients :
°170 grams Philadelphia cream cheese
°200 grams butter
°2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar
°325 g flour
°100 to 200 grams of your choice of jam
°icing sugar
°pinch of salt
*Preparation:
Beat cream cheese, softened butter, sugar and salt on medium speed.
Then reduce the speed and add the flour.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm and cut it into 6 x 6 cm squares (add a little flour if the dough is a little sticky)
