Vegetable Soup

 



* Ingredients : 


°1 leek

°6 islands

°1 celery stalk

°2 potatoes

°2 tomatoes

°1 zucchini

°1 broth

°1 turnip

°1 onion

°10 cl of fresh cream

°butter


Peel and wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces.


The second step

Roast the shallots in butter for 10 minutes.


Step 3

In another bowl, put the other vegetables and cover with water. Add half of the stock cube and cook for 30 minutes or 10 minutes in a pressure cooker.


Step 4

Cover the leeks with water and add the rest of the stock cube. Cook for 20 minutes.


Step 5

When the vegetables (carrots, turnips, tomatoes...but not leeks!), mix and season to taste.


Step 6

Add sour cream and unmixed shallots.


Step 7

Mix everything and have fun. good Appetite.
