° 800g Potatoes

° 20cl Liquid cream

° 5cl Milk

° 100g Lardons

° 2 Onions

° 1 hazelnut Butter

° Salt

° Pepper

* Preparation steps


Peel and slice the onions. Heat the butter in a pan and brown the onions, stirring for 5 min. Book. In their place, brown the bacon for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring. Drain them.

Preheat the oven to th 6 (180 ° C). Peel the potatoes, rinse them, dry them then cut into thin slices.


Place the potatoes in a gratin dish, add the onions and bacon then pour in the cream and milk. Moderately salt and pepper.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes and enjoy hot.
