Fried onions, onions and smoked glazed sausage




Cooking in a frying pan with sausage and potatoes is a quick and simple dinner that the whole family will love. Cooked in one pot with tasty onions, sausage, peppers, and potatoes, this dish is perfect for family breakfasts or weekend dinners on the go.


* Ingredients :


°Half a kilogram of fermented potatoes, cut into cubes and a half.

°A pound of sliced ​​smoked sausage.

°2 tablespoons olive oil.

°Half a teaspoon of seasoned salt.

°½ tsp Italian-seasoning.

°½ large red pepper

°½ large green pepper.

°Small onion cut into cubes.

°Blackpepper to taste

°Shredded-Parmesan-cheese for decorate.


* Directions for doing this:


Step 1:

In a large skillet, fry the onions in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat until onions are translucent.

Step 2:

Second, cook onions until soft. Remove the onions from the pan and set them aside.

Step 3:

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil until butter melts, and add potatoes, seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper.

The fourth step:

Next, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until vegetables are somewhat cooked.

Fifth step:

Then cook for another 10 minutes after adding the sausage. Combine onion and pepper in a large skillet and saute until pepper softens.

Sixth step:

Finally, if using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it on top.
