Apple pie recipe

*Ingredients :


° 1 short pastry


° 2 eggs


° 150 g heavy cream


° 80 grams of sugar


° 2 tablespoons of flour


° 3 apples


° 1 sachet of vanilla sugar


° Sugar Icing


* Preparation:


1 / Put the dough in a pie tray and cut off the excess dough using a rolling pin.


2/ In a bowl, whisk together the whole eggs, fresh cream, sugar, and flour. Reservation.


3/ Peel and empty the apple. Cut it into slices.


4 / Arrange half of the apple slices on the base of the pastry.


5 / Pour the cream of the egg on the face.


6 / Arrange the remaining apples and apples on the cream, then sprinkle with vanilla sugar.


7 / Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees without preheating the oven.


Sprinkle a little icing sugar when serving.
