It's so good. My grandmother was from Ireland and she made this dish all the time. When I cook it it always reminds me of this one.
**Ingredients :
° 1 large onion, peeled and thinly sliced
° 2 tablespoons of butter
° 1 tablespoon of olive oil
° 4 potatoes (baked or boiled and cooled)
° Salt and pepper
* Preperation :
Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Add the onions and cook until tender and lightly browned. Remove the onions from the pan and set aside.
Cut the potatoes into slices of 2/3 of a centimeter. Add them to the hot pan and brown them on both sides.
Return the onion to the pot, mix and season. Serve hot.
