TEXAS SHEET CAKE RECIPE


 


This Texas cheet cake recipe is the best for you guys!That is, the only thing you need. Sour cream in cake, glaze, brown sugar and extra cocoa make this the best chocolate cake of your life!!


* Ingredients :


+for cake

° 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter

° 1 cup water

° 1/2 c un-sweetened powder cocoa

° 1 c brown sugar

° 2 tsp extract vanilla

° 2 cups all-purpose flour, spoons and flatteners

° 1 cup granulated sugar

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

° 1 teaspoon baking soda

° 1/2 cup sour cream

° 2 large eggs

+to glaze

° 1/2 c (1 stick) butter salted

° 1/4 c un-sweetened powder cocoa

° 6 tsp sour cream

° 1 tsp vanilla

° 3 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar


* Directions :


Preheat oven to 350°F. Line jelly-roll pan wiith paper, or spraying well with non-stick spray.

In or large saucepan, adding 1 c butter, 1 c water, & 1/2 c cocoa. Bring to boil on high heat. Time it boils, removing it from heat.

permit cool about a min or 2, then adding brown sugar & 2 tsp vanilla.


Time, in bowl, mix 2 c of flour, 1 c sugar granulated, salt, & baking soda.

Adding dried ingredients to pot.)


Stirring well, & adding 1/2 c sour cream & eggs. Combine well to all lumps are gone.

Pour mix to prepared pan & spreading equaly on sides.


Baking at 350 about 18-20 min to The sides of cake should begin to pull away from edge of pan. Don't over-cook bread!

Meantime, making decorations. Cleaning out saucepan you employ for mixture** and adding 1 piece butter & 1/4 c of cocoa. Stiring mixture on medium heat to it boils, & removing from heat.


Adding 6 tsp sour cream & 1 tsp vanilla extract.

Using a whisk to stiring in powdere sugar. If your cake isn't done baking while glaze is done, flip it every now & then to break up hard crust on top.


While cake is done, removing it from oven & let it cool about 16-21 min . Spread the glaze on the cake.

Serve this with milk. not seriously.
