Simply Big-Fat-Yeast-Rolls

 



Ingredients :


° 1 c water-warm

° 1 pack. active dry yeast

° 1/4 cup sugar

° 1 tsp. salt

° 3 tablespoons. Soft butter (or dairy equivalent)

° 1 scrambled egg

° 3 1/2-4 cups flour


* How to make it :


Put water / yeast in large bowl & adding next 4 ingredients. 

Whisk with dough hook to well blended.Add 3 1/2 to 4 cups of the flour and mix until it forms a soft dough (it shouldn't be sticky).Place on a floured work surface and knead several times until smooth.

Place in a greased bowl, cover with cling film and leave in an almost warm place. 45 minutes.

Beat it and turn it into a floured pastry board.Form 12 rolls and place them on a greased 13x9-inch baking sheet.Let it riise again about 30 minutes.Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Grease the surfaces of the rollers with butter (or equivalent).
