Pecan pie cobbler recipe

 



Ingredients:


1 cup (250 ml) sugar


1/2 cup (125 mL) corn syrup


1/2 cup (125 mL) melted butter


3 eggs, beaten


1 cup (250 mL) pecans


1 pie crust


Preparation:


Preheat the oven to 331 ° F (162 ° C).


Combine the sugar, syrup and melted butter.


Add the eggs and pecans. Mix well.


Pour into the pie crust (which is on a pie pan).


Cook for 1 hour.


Freezes very well!
