PASTA SALAD RECIPE

 



Fresh and easy pasta salad packed with crisp vegetables, fresh mozzarella, and tossed with a simple homemade dressing. This is the perfect side dish! 


PREP TIME: 30 mins  


COOK TIME: 5 minutes  


TOTAL TIME: 35 mins


Ingredients


4 – 12oz boxes of tri-color Rotini Pasta

1+ 1/2 blocks of sharp cheddar cheese (cut very into small cubes)

Two small broccoli crowns (cut into small pieces)

1 large container of cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)

1/2 large red onion chopped (optional)

2 bottles of Zesty Italian dressing.

Salt, pepper and onion powder to taste.

This recipe makes 1 large pan.


Instructions


Cook pasta in a large pot adding two tablespoons of salt to the water. Less if you’re making less. DO NOT OVER COOK PASTA. Once pasta is done rinse in cold water, drain and let cool. After pasta has cooled add all ingredients mix well.

 Add spices to taste. Salt, pepper and a little onion powder. After all ingredients are mixed well, add Zesty Italian dressing mix well.
