Lasagna!

 


The dish of lasagna cannot be mentioned without reference to its Italian origins, which is essentially a harmonious mixture of layers of lasagna, minced meat sauce and cheese with easy to prepare béchamel sauce.


*Ingredients :



° 350 g minced meat


° 1 box of lasagna


° 1 - chopped onion


° 5- chopped tomatoes


° 1 tablespoon dried basil


° 2 cloves minced garlic


° 1 cup tomato concentrate


° 15 tablespoons of cottage cheese with cheese


° A coffee spoon of olive oil


° 1 - paprika


° salt


° black pepper


° 2 bowls of béchamel sauce


* How to prepare


1- Prepare the minced meat sauce: pour the oil into a saucepan, add the chopped onions and minced meat, and stir the ingredients from time to time


2- Add the tomatoes, paprika, dried basil, mashed garlic, salt, black pepper and water, then stir the ingredients and leave the pot over medium heat until the meat sauce becomes thick


3- Remove the pot from the heat and set it aside


4- Prepare the lasagna: put a little béchamel sauce on the bottom of the oven dish, then spread the lasagna pieces and spread a layer of bolognese sauce over it, then spread a ladle of the béchamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Repeat the same process until the lasagna sheets are finished


5- Cover the surface of the dish with bechamel sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Leave the dish in the oven for 25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees
